New success in the field of leveling technology
WWe are delighted to be building a high-precision leveling machine for perforated sheets for a major customer in CANADA, Wellington Perforated Sheet & Plate, based in Fergus, Ontario.
The line will work directly with a perforating press and is designed to reliably process a wide variety of patterns and metal alloys. The integration of the machine control system into the press control system ensures a particularly efficient and trouble-free production process.
The result: absolutely flat sheets, even if deformations occur during the perforation process – a decisive quality factor for our customer and their end customers.
With this project, SCHNUTZ, as the inventor of the first leveling machine in 1882, is continuing its long history of proven leveling machines for the perforated metal industry.
