Optional equipment for optimized processes

Through close cooperation with our customers and the corresponding exchange of experience, we have developed accessories over the last few decades that can be used as optional extras for our Leveling Machines.

These include various pinch rolls in front of or behind the Leveling Machine, which ensure optimum conveyance of parts, sheets, or strips through the Leveling Machine.

When processing certain materials, it is helpful or even necessary to lubricate the material entering the Leveling Machine. We can equip our Leveling Machines with special lubrication devices that allow the lubricant to be dispensed precisely.

Many of our Leveling Machines are equipped with our roll cleaning device. This device allows the roller set to be cleaned of oil or adhering dirt in a relatively short time without dismantling the roller cassette.
